We stand behind the quality and durability of our electric quad bikes and dirt bikes. All our products come with a manufacturer's warranty to give you peace of mind.

Standard Warranty Coverage

Our standard manufacturer's warranty typically covers:

• Motor and Frame: Typically covered for 6 to 12 months against manufacturing defects.
• Battery: Covered against defects in materials and workmanship. (Note: Battery capacity naturally degrades over time; standard degradation is not covered.)
• Electronic Components: Covered for manufacturing faults.

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, chains).
• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or neglect.
• Damage caused by improper assembly or maintenance.
• Water damage if the vehicle was submerged or ridden in extreme conditions contrary to guidelines.
• Modifications or use of non-approved aftermarket parts.

Making a Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately. You will need to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos illustrating the problem. Our team will guide you through the next steps, which may involve sending replacement parts or arranging a repair.
