14-Day Right to Cancel

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• The vehicle must not have been assembled, ridden, or registered (if road-legal).

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note:

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Because these are large, heavy items, return shipping costs can be substantial. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. We may deduct a restocking fee or charges for any damage or missing parts.
